Two simple videos of Fever Ray and Neil Young

Neil Young sure got some nice tunes.
I think when Volcom used "Heart Of Gold" in their 1994-ish release The Garden it changed my perception of what a snowboard movie can accomplish. The grainy super8 images with huge snowflakes to Neil´s tune was a great match. Maybe one of the best in action sport cinema.

Fever Ray is Karin´s, from The Knife, new project. It´s pretty out there, even for a weirdo like me.
How she can get such a huge crowd listening to her on a rainy Saturday night in the woods at 11pm is a small mystery.
Like when the jock next to me says to his jock friend:
- "This stuff is great, wow that last song was so sick"..
That´s just so weird. He probably listens to Håkan Hellström and The Killers, but for reason he loves Fever Ray.. (great stereotyping eh? :)
